In 2017, the Junior County team were drawn in a group with North Lancs & Fylde and Lancashire, meaning two easy journeys but a smaller than usual group. Having lost a lot of bowlers over the last two years due to them turning 18, we had to blood a lot of younger bowlers and give them a taste of representative bowling. We're on a big learning curve for many of the bowlers and have lost another junior county stalwart in Laura Vincent, who turned 18 this summer. Please read on for full details of team results, including the trip to the midlands for the supplementary competition at Wolverhampton.
